The Nauti Otter is a quirky spot with a laid-back vibe. The young staff members were super friendly and responsive, lending us bear spray and bicycles. The hostel beds were clean and comfortable, though a bit warm at night. The shower had a sign-up mechanism and was kept clean. The backyard and outhouse were lovely, and we enjoyed seeing bald eagles and rabbits nearby. Great value and perfect for backpackers on a budget.
Felt cozy, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by pleasant woodland and just a short drive away from the center. The wooden cabin/shed I stayed in was warm, quaint, and clean, providing a homely atmosphere. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The two kitchen facilities were well-equipped, and the make-your-own pancake breakfast was a nice touch.
The bathroom situation was not ideal. It was either located outside or downstairs, which meant passing by many people and making noise.

I had such a wonderful time at Nauti Otter Inn and Yurt Village. Even though we only had a short stay, the cozy and comfortable yurts made us feel like we were camping in Alaska without any hassle. The location was perfect for exploring Seward and the activities it has to offer. The availability of a fire pit and outdoor cooking area added to the charm of our stay. I slept like a baby and can't wait to come back someday for a longer visit. Thank you for a great night!

The communal kitchen and bathroom areas were clean and well equipped. We loved making use of the donut maker in the kitchen and enjoyed some delicious blueberry donuts. The owner was friendly and provided us with great suggestions for our visit. We also had a fun time picking blueberries on the grounds and loved the cozy atmosphere of our yurt.
The location of the hotel was quite far from town, making it difficult to get around, especially without a car. The yurts were also quite close together, resulting in little privacy and being able to hear everything from neighboring yurts.

We had a wonderful stay at Nauti Otter! The location was perfect, nestled in the middle of the mountains with a beautiful Alaskan vibe. The communal kitchen was well equipped and the firepit outside added to the cozy atmosphere. Despite being self-service, the place felt like a community campground rather than a hostel. The overall cleanliness was impressive, with guests taking responsibility for cleaning the bathroom. The free pancake/waffle mix and juice for breakfast added a nice touch. The staff provided a thorough walkthrough during check-in, ensuring we had all the information we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable experience.

We got a great value for our money at the Nauti Otter Inn. The rooms were incredibly cute and clean, and the themed decorations were a nice touch. The location was convenient and we enjoyed seeing bald eagles and wild rabbits on our way to town. The staff, although we didn't meet them in person, were extremely friendly and responsive through texts. We felt like everyone was a friend or a relative during our stay.
The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.
